Before opening Cosy Cup Tearooms, I had the privilege of being the landlady of a traditional country pub, where I became known for organising and catering for funeral receptions. It was a part of my work that I always held especially close to my heart.

After arranging the funeral receptions for both of my own parents, I understand just how important it is that every detail is handled with care, kindness and respect. My aim has always been to give families complete peace of mind, ensuring their wishes are carried out thoughtfully, while often taking care of the little details they may not even have considered during such a difficult time.

Over the years, many local funeral directors came to recommend not only the venue, but me personally, knowing that every family would be looked after with compassion, dignity and genuine care.
